With the start of the new MBA year, the International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol unites 24 participants from a wide range of industries. The four focus areas promote leadership skills, innovative thinking and practical knowledge for the management and business world of tomorrow.

24 specialists and managers from various industries have started their part-time MBA at the FH Kufstein Tirol. The new year brings people together with different professional experiences, perspectives and goals - and thereby forms the basis for an intensive professional and personal exchange.

It was already clear at the kick-off meeting that the participants are united by the desire to make a difference, develop new approaches and learn from each other. The MBA at the International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol provides the right framework for this - academically sound, practice-oriented and with an international focus.

FOUR KEY AREAS FOR LEADERSHIP AND FUTURE COMPETENCE

The MBA program offers four specializations that cover key future topics in management and business.

The MBA in Leadership focuses on strategic thinking, ethical responsibility and digital leadership models. The course teaches scientifically sound leadership skills that are geared towards modern working environments and transformation.

The MBA Focus Automotive & Mobility focuses on the changes in the automotive and mobility industry. In addition to general management knowledge, participants also acquire industry-specific know-how - from sustainable mobility concepts to innovation strategies.

In the MBA Focus Marketing 4.0, current developments in communication, consumer behaviour and digitalization are explored in depth. The course combines classic marketing strategies with topics such as AI, performance marketing and data-driven decision-making processes.

The MBA in Business Psychology focuses on the interplay between management, behavior and motivation. Psychological findings are combined with economic issues in order to scientifically substantiate leadership and organizational development.

SCIENCE MEETS PRACTICE

The variety of specializations reflects the strength of the MBA program: interdisciplinarity, practical relevance and a scientifically sound curriculum. This creates a learning environment that promotes not only professional but also personal development.

“I am convinced that the interdisciplinary exchange and the practical orientation of our MBA programs provide lasting impulses for our own professional work,” emphasizes Prof. (FH) Dr. Kristina Kampfer, Academic Director of the MBA programs at the International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol.

 OUTLOOK

In the coming semesters, students can expect challenging courses, project work and practical projects that combine theory and application. The MBA at the International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol thus supports managers in expanding their skills in a targeted manner and shaping the complex challenges of modern business responsibly.
