COSTS
tuition fee for applicants from EU/EEA countries:
- EUR 363.36 per semester
Tuition fee for applicants from from third countries (non-EU, EEA or Swiss nationals)
- EUR 726.72 per semester
The tuition fee is due once for the first semester of study upon signing the study agreement (EUR 726.72).
In the event of early termination, you will receive a prorated refund based on the time of withdrawal or cancellation.
ÖH STUDENTS' UNION FEE:
The ÖH students' union fee is charged by the Austrian National Union of Students on a semester-by-semester basis.
INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS FROM THIRD COUNTRIES
Applicants from third countries (non-EU, EEA or Swiss nationals) are required to pay a deposit of EUR 726.72 towards the tuition fee as part of their online application.
The deposit on the tuition fee will be used for the first semester of study in the event of admission.
Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements, do not appear for the admission interview or do not take up an offered place will receive a refund of the tuition deposit less expenses and exchange rate differences.

In the case of multiple applications, the amount only has to be paid once.

Processing the application documents
As soon as the payment in the amount of EUR 726.72 has been received, the application documents will be checked and processed further.

Payment deadline
Payment must be received by us no later than the registration deadline for the selected admission date. Otherwise we will not be able to consider your application for the selected date. In this case, the application will be rebooked for the next possible interview date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a reduction on the tuition fee?
In the case of a disability of at least 50% (proof: disability pass), HOK grants a 50% tuition fee waiver for the duration of the course.
How and by when can third-country applicants pay the deposit?
After completing your online application, you will receive a payment link via email. You can then select a payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) via the Stripe payment portal. Bank transfers are not possible. Payment must be received by the application deadline for your chosen start date.If we receive the payment after this deadline, we will (if possible) move your application to the next available start date.
