INCLUSIVE SERVICES
Our All Inclusive Tuition & Student Life Package (AIP) includes:
Tuition fee
The tuition fee at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol and the ÖH student union fee are included in the all-inclusive package for the length of study of 4 or 6 semesters.
International Student Residence
Our International Student Residence (ISR) is located in a quiet neighborhood near the river Inn and offers you as a resident a first-class quality of life. It is only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 15 minute walk to our campus at the University of Applied Sciences. The following services are included in the price of a single room:
- Fully furnished single room studio with kitchen (cupboards, sink, fridge and 2 hotplates) and bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
- Professional monthly cleaning service
- Rental of room equipment: bed linen & sheets, pillow & duvet and crockery set
- Electricity, water, heating, wifi, TV/SAT connection
- Lockable bicycle storage
- Communal kitchen and sun terrace, roof terrace.
Please note: A deposit of EUR 800.- will be charged separately.
Rental bike
The University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol provides students with a bicycle for the duration of the contract. Students are obliged to treat the bicycle with care and to take care of its maintenance. Students are responsible for any damage or loss.

KufsteinCard
The KufsteinCard gives you free access to a wealth of leisure activities in Kufstein. These include the library, the bus, the fortress, the public swimming pool, the Hechtsee lake, the Kaiser mountain railroad, the ice arena and the Riedel “Sinnfonie” glass.
Credit for food & drinks
The HOK cafeteria offers a wide range of food six days a week: every day there are two different lunch options and snacks to choose from.
Students receive a credit of EUR 200.- per month for 10 months (October to February and March to July), which they can use for food and drinks in the cafeteria.
Please note: This credit is valid for the current month and cannot be carried over to the next month.
NOTE
The optional extras can be booked for one academic year at a time and cannot be changed during the term. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, there will be no refund for this service in accordance with the provider's contractual conditions.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
A deposit of EUR 2,000.- must be paid in advance to reserve the all-inclusive package, while the remaining amount is due by August 15 of the respective year. In the event of incomplete payment, the entitlement to the all-inclusive package expires. For the following semesters, payment must be made by January 31 and August 31 of the respective year.
WITHDRAWAL & TERMINATION
The student has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing it. The withdrawal must be made in writing without exception.
If the supplementary agreement is terminated, the amount of compensation payable by the University of Applied Sciences shall be determined by the date of receipt of the notice of termination by the University of Applied Sciences.
The following costs shall be payable upon termination of the AIP contract (flat-rate reimbursement of costs):
- 50 % of the semester fee according to point 5.b. if notice of termination is given after August 31 or January 31, but before the start of the semester
- 100 % of the semester fee according to point 5.b. if the notice of termination is given after August 31 or January 31 and after the start of the semester
The same conditions apply in the event of termination during the semester due to insufficient proof of performance.
