- You independently manage the company's monthly payroll processing.
- You maintain employee master data as well as electronically recorded time and attendance data.
- You serve as the go-to contact for employees on all payroll-related questions.
- You also assist with drafting employment contracts, reference letters, and other HR correspondence.
- The role includes contributing to recruitment and candidate selection.
- You organize and run onboarding processes for new hires.
- You further support the development and implementation of HR projects, including the adoption of AI tools.

qualification profile
- A completed qualification as a payroll accountant/specialist.
- Relevant professional experience, including familiarity with dealing with the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK), the tax office, and other authorities.
- Excellent knowledge of tax, social security, and related regulatory law.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and reporting.
- Strong command of MS Office as well as payroll software, ideally hands-on experience with Sage DPW (currently in use).
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a confident, collegial manner, paired with assertiveness and resilience under pressure.
In addition to a competitive gross salary starting at EUR 46,200.- per year (full-time; salary depends on qualifications, experience, and individual skills), we offer an attractive incentive program, a wide range of training and professional development opportunities, and the option to work remotely a significant portion of the time (40 %).
