- You will advise and support incoming and exchange students and handle the related administrative tasks.
- You will also be responsible for communication and coordination with academic programs, partner universities, and external stakeholders.
- You will support the administration of Erasmus+ projects.
- Organizing, coordinating, and supporting staff mobility programs (STA/STT) will also be part of your role.
- In addition, you will coordinate and administer scholarship and mobility funding programs in an international context.
- Maintaining data in the university’s administrative systems will also be among your responsibilities.

- A university degree or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; an additional foreign language is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as social and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel
