The students are capable of scientifically processing a topic from the field of business psychology and independently developing a central question. Self-organization and time management skills of the students are promoted. The students learn the ability to apply theoretical knowledge from their studies in their bachelor's thesis. The students possess analytical and scientific reflection skills for business psychology issues.

As part of the course, students independently prepare their Bachelor’s thesis on a topic in business psychology. They develop a clearly defined subject area, formulate a central research question, and address it based on relevant theoretical models and current academic literature. In doing so, they apply the subject-specific knowledge and methodological skills acquired during their studies to a specific problem in business psychology and analyze it systematically. Students demonstrate their ability to construct academic arguments, to interpret findings in a reflective manner, and to critically discuss theoretical and practical implications. Furthermore, they plan and structure their work process independently and apply appropriate self-organization and time management strategies throughout the research processess.
