Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• analyze practice-oriented tasks from facility and real estate management and structure them into actionable work steps.
• apply basic methods and tools of project and teamwork to work on simple problems in a laboratory or project context.
• develop initial technical, economic or organizational solution approaches and implement them in prototype or model form.
• document and present their work results in an audience-appropriate manner, in visual as well as written or digital form.
• reflect on their approach, accept feedback constructively and derive improvements for future projects from it.

- Introduction & in-depth study of project- and lab-based work
- Fundamentals of methodical problem solving and creativity techniques
- Use of digital tools
- Introduction to documentation and presentation techniques
- Teamwork and communication in a project context
- Implementation of small practical tasks or micro-projects
- Reflection on work processes and self-organization
- Feedback and review rounds to improve results
