The participants:
• describe the structure, institutions and functioning of the European legal system and its legislative mechanisms.
• explain the basic principles of international commercial and contract law in a European context.
• identify and analyze the legal framework conditions for cross-border projects, services and investments.
• evaluate legal requirements and risks in facility and real estate management, particularly with regard to ESG, sustainability and liability.
• reflect on the significance of legal and ethical responsibility in global business relationships.
