Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• analyze work environments and spatial concepts with regard to space efficiency, ergonomics, communication, and productivity.
• evaluate strategic and operational requirements for modern workplace concepts.
• develop sustainable space and usage concepts, taking organizational, technical, and legal framework conditions into account.
• design work-environment strategies that integrate brand identity, corporate culture, and user needs.
• present and justify their concepts in a way appropriate to the audience, in the form of layouts, reports, or concept papers.

- Fundamentals and objective systems of workplace management
- Analysis of work and communication processes
- Space and area strategies
- Planning and evaluation of modern workplace concepts
- Integration of sustainability, health, ergonomics, and energy efficiency
- Digitalization and sensor technology in workplace management
- Change management and employee participation in transformation processes
- Legal framework conditions
