Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The participants:
• recognize the interactions between individual, group and organization and understand their significance for organizational behavior.
• can name and classify key topic areas and theoretical approaches of organizational psychology.
• analyze psychological processes in teams and leadership situations – e.g. motivation, conflicts or group dynamics – and reflect on their effects.
• apply psychological concepts to specific organizational situations, e.g. in the context of human resource or organizational development processes.
• assess the influence of organizational culture on individual and collective performance and derive possible intervention approaches.
