Introduction

Following the course, students will have practical skills in team building and group dynamics, will be able to steer groups, lead small teams and know approaches to personnel management.

Under the supervision of the instructors, students are systematically introduced to the new context of higher education as well as to the organizational, social, and communicative framework conditions of their studies. The following topics are addressed in particular:
- Orientation within the higher education environment and institutional structures
- Foundations of collaboration in study groups
- Fundamentals of communicative action
- Introduction to theories of team building
