Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• demonstrate knowledge in sports, cultural, and event development.
• are able to apply the acquired knowledge, in particular methods of integrated sports, cultural, and event development.
• demonstrate an understanding of success factors through their own theoretical and practical work as well as through case analyses.
• are able to evaluate future developments in the sports, cultural, and event industries and to explain the influence of organizational structures and technologies on organizations within these three fields.
• are able to identify personal challenges and to develop a self-reflective approach (e.g., in the context of work-life management).

Students select from specialization modules on current topics in sports, cultural, and event management, for example:

• Development of the sports, cultural, and event industries

• Identification of developments/trends
• Evaluation of developments
