The participants:
• are able to analyze and evaluate the needs for the construction of new infrastructures or for the renovation of existing infrastructures.
• are familiar with the stakeholders involved in the design of infrastructure (public authorities, clients, investors, future operators) and have the ability to negotiate with all.
• have the necessary know-how for the efficient marketing and economic management of the properties.
• are familiar with the special requirements for the development, marketing and operation of infrastructure in the fields of sports (indoor halls, outdoor sports facilities), culture (theatres, museums, outdoor stages) and business (conference centers, congress centers).
• understand the difference in the use of permanent and temporary infrastructure and the life cycle of the infrastructure.
