Master’s Thesis Colloquium

Second cycle of study, master’s degree

The participants:
• can describe the process of a scientific review
• can present findings to an academic community
• can critically evaluate scientific findings

Students are expected to enter the course with the following prerequisites:
- Basic principles and techniques of academic research and writing at the bachelor’s level
- Ability to write shorter academic papers, such as a bachelor’s thesis

As part of the master’s thesis colloquium, students receive seminar-based supervision and guidance in preparing their master’s thesis, in addition to individual thesis supervision. The colloquium provides an opportunity to present the research concept and results already developed, and to discuss and critically reflect on them within the group.
