Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• analyze complex project structures in energy & sustainability management and derive from them critical success factors as well as risks for different stakeholder groups.
• evaluate advanced project management methods (agile–hybrid–classic) with regard to their suitability for various FM/RE use cases and structure project-relevant decision-making processes.
• design iterative innovation processes based on the design thinking model and develop user-centerd solution approaches for complex problems in energy & sustainability management.
• critically reflect on their own project and innovation activities and derive improvement strategies to enhance team performance, user orientation and solution quality.

- Hybrid and agile project management frameworks
- Stakeholder, risk and complexity analysis in energy & sustainability management
- Design thinking & user research in energy & sustainability management with personas, customer journeys, service blueprints
- Rapid prototyping for products, service and process innovations
