The participants:
• analyze practice-oriented tasks from energy & sustainability management and structure them into actionable work steps.
• apply fundamental methods and tools of project and team work in order to work on tasks in an interdisciplinary environment.
• develop simple technical, economic or organizational solution approaches and implement them as prototypes or models.
• document and present work results in an audience-appropriate way, whether visually, in writing or digitally.
• reflect on their approach, take feedback on board constructively and derive from it improvements for future projects.
