The participants:
• analyze practice-oriented tasks from energy & sustainability management and structure them into feasible work steps.
• apply fundamental methods and tools of project and team work in order to tackle simple problems in a laboratory or project context.
• develop initial technical, economic or organizational solutions and implement them in prototype or model form.
• document and present their work results in an audience-appropriate way, both visually and in written or digital form.
• reflect on their approach, take on feedback constructively and derive improvements for future projects from it.
