Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• analyze practice-oriented tasks from energy & sustainability management and structure them into feasible work steps.
• apply fundamental methods and tools of project and team work in order to tackle tasks in an interdisciplinary environment.
• develop simple technical, economic or organizational solutions and implement them in prototype or model form.
• document and present work results in an audience-appropriate way, visually, in writing or digitally.
• reflect on their approach, take on feedback constructively and derive improvements for future projects from it.

- Advanced study in project- and lab-based work
- Deepening of methodical problem-solving and creativity techniques
- Use of digital tools
- Advanced study in documentation and presentation techniques
- Teamwork and communication in a project context
- Implementation of small practical tasks or micro-projects
- Reflection on work processes and self-organization
- Feedback and review rounds to improve results
