The participants:
• analyze key regulatory frameworks of energy and environmental law and assign them to relevant market and system areas.
• assess regulatory instruments with regard to their effectiveness and their effects on energy markets, companies and transformation.
• develop legally sound recommendations for action for organizations in energy and sustainability contexts.
• examine governance structures, participant roles and compliance requirements and derive strategic organizational and risk-related consequences.
• reflect on trade-offs between climate protection, economic viability, legal certainty and social acceptance and discuss their significance for sustainable transformation.
