The participants:
• analyze innovation processes, drivers and barriers in organizations as well as their significance for sustainable energy and transformation systems.
• assess innovation models and methods with regard to their suitability for sustainable business and supply concepts.
• develop innovation-oriented solutions for complex challenges in energy and sustainability management.
• examine organizational, cultural and market-related framework conditions for successful innovation and derive recommendations for action.
• design structured innovation processes and reflect on their effectiveness in the context of strategic corporate development.
