Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The participants:
• identify, interpret and integrate compliance requirements in the environmental and sustainability context into management and reporting processes in order to ensure regulatory and ethical standards.
• capture, assess and interpret sustainability metrics as well as environmental and social indicators using methods of sustainability assessment, life cycle assessment (LCA) and ESG analyzes.
• develop integrated strategies for sustainability and risk management that make ecological, social and economic aspects manageable and assessable.
• formulate integrative management approaches that purposefully combine governance, sustainability, controlling and risk management in order to foster resilient organizational processes.
• design reporting systems and decision-making foundations based on qualitative and quantitative indicators that enable transparent sustainability communication.
