The participants:
• actively shape the establishment of well-functioning student teams and take responsibility for shared tasks.
• apply basic communication and feedback techniques in order to interact respectfully and in a solution-oriented manner.
• recognize and reflect on group processes, roles and dynamics in newly formed teams.
• develop and test, in semester-long academic settings, strategies for constructive conflict resolution and for dealing with different personality and working styles within their student cohort and their professional environment.
• foster a positive, learning-conducive team culture through cooperative behavior, openness and empathy.
• analyze, within the context of everyday academic life, individual and organizational factors influencing students' work-life balance and derive situation-specific measures for regulating their own stress that can be integrated into the course of the semester and into professional employment.
