Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• evaluate maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, condition-based) with regard to risks, cost-effectiveness and life-cycle impact and make well-founded decisions at the tactical level.
• develop integrated operating concepts for buildings and technical systems taking statutory operator duties into account and assess their effectiveness.
• evaluate digital technologies for performance-oriented operational control and formulate recommendations for action.
