The participants:
• evaluate national and international building certification systems and make well-founded selections of system and criteria for different building types and project contexts.
• develop strategies for the sustainable transformation of existing-building and new-build projects taking ecological, economic and social sustainability dimensions into account and justify their impact on value, risk and carbon footprint.
• structure certification processes across the life cycle and argue quality and evidence requirements to stakeholders.
• design ESG monitoring and reporting structures and formulate feasible measures for the continuous improvement of sustainability performance.
