• expand their financial knowledge relating to the dividend policy of companies and the potential determinants of a company's capital structure based on the Modigliani-Miller theorems.
• deepen their financial knowledge in the area of company valuation (multiples, discounted cash flow: WACC, APV, CCF) and apply it in the context of start-up formation, share issues and mergers & acquisitions.
• analyze practical cases using digital tools.
• are able to critically reflect on their results and place them in a broader context.
