The participants:
• consolidate, deepen and reflect on the most important strategic theories and approaches from their previous studies (in order to align existing, differing qualification levels).
• understand the relationship between strategy, structure, culture and management based on the St. Gallen Management Model and management cybernetics.
• reflect on the fundamentals of transformation and innovation management.
• are able to design and manage strategic processes (analysis, planning, implementation and review).
