The participants:
• will develop and understand of the general concept of leadership, various fundamental approaches to leadership, and various emerging approaches to leadership.
• can critically reflect on their own individual outlooks and approaches to leadership.

- Developing and applying leadership skills
- Most important characteristics and features of leadership in sports, cultural and event organizations
