The participants:
• understand fundamental concepts and principles of project management and distinguish projects from routine operations.
• apply methods for planning and organizing projects, particularly in defining roles, responsibilities, and project structures.
• apply time management tools and create schedules and milestone plans using appropriate software tools.
• analyze and evaluate agile values, principles, and methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• apply selected agile techniques for planning, controlling, and reflecting on projects.
