Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• analyze corporate real estate portfolios with regard to cost-effectiveness, space usage and the company's strategic objectives.
• evaluate locations and properties according to business, functional and ESG criteria.
• develop real estate-related strategies to support corporate objectives.
• plan and argue real estate decisions to management and stakeholders on the basis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• reflect on the role of CREM in the interplay between cost-effectiveness, sustainability and employee satisfaction, and communicate proposed solutions in an audience-appropriate manner.

Global Real Estate Investment & Capital Markets, Lifecycle & Maintenance Management, Real Estate Development & Building Design, Real Estate Valuation, Workplace & Space Management

- Fundamentals, objectives and tasks of corporate real estate management
- Real estate portfolio strategies and life-cycle management
- Location analysis, space management, workplace and new-work concepts
- Economic and risk assessment, key figures in CREM
- Sustainability, ESG and corporate social responsibility in real estate management
- Interfaces with facility management, controlling, HR and corporate strategy
