The participants:
• describe the central tasks, objectives and sub-areas of facility and real estate management.
• explain the life cycle of buildings and facilities as well as the interrelationships between planning, operation and disposal.
• distinguish and explain the roles of relevant stakeholders (owners, operators, users, service providers) and their interests.
• analyze simple practical examples from economic, technical and sustainability-related perspectives.
• reflect on the significance of facility & real estate management for society, the environment and the economy in an international context.
