Introduction & in-depth study
Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The participants:
• explain the central phases and stakeholders of real estate development from the idea to realization.
• analyze location, market and usage requirements for different building types.
• evaluate design and concept variants with regard to functionality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability and user quality.
• develop simple building concepts or usage scenarios and visualize them with suitable digital tools.
• reflect on interdisciplinary relationships between people, architecture, technology, economics and the environment.
• analyze diversity-relevant requirements in real estate development projects and derive from them inclusion-oriented design and usage concepts.
