Learning outcomes of the courses/module
The participants:
• actively shape the formation of well-functioning student teams and take responsibility for shared tasks.
• apply basic communication and feedback techniques in order to interact with one another respectfully and in a solution-oriented way.
• recognize and reflect on group processes, roles, and dynamics in newly formed teams.
• develop and test, in semester-long academic settings, strategies for constructive conflict resolution and for dealing with different personality and working styles within their student cohort and their professional environment.
• foster a positive team culture that supports learning through cooperative behavior, openness, and empathy.
• analyze, as part of everyday study life, individual and organizational factors influencing students' work-life balance and derive situation-specific measures for regulating their own workload that can be integrated into the course of the semester and into a professional career.
