The participants:
• explain and distinguish between the basic terms, areas of responsibility, and actors of real estate and facility management.
• analyze the life cycle phases of real estate with regard to technical, economic, and organizational aspects.
• identify and evaluate key processes in real estate operations, in particular maintenance, property management, and services.
• explain the relationships between user requirements, building management, and cost-effectiveness.
• reflect on the role of the facility manager in the field of tension between owner, user, service provider, and sustainability.
