Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• plan and structure a practice-oriented project with clearly defined objectives, roles, and tasks.
• apply project and process management methods in a real estate or facility context.
• analyze and work on real operational problems using suitable data, tools, and models.
• present and document project results professionally and in a way appropriate to the audience.
• reflect on team processes, responsibilities, and lessons learned with regard to professional practice.

Course content

Working independently in small groups, students carry out a project amounting to 4 ECTS = 100 hours. It is based on a predefined objective. Planning, coordination, budgeting, monitoring, communication, and reporting, as well as finding solutions, are the responsibility of the students. The role of the course instructor focuses on coaching the students.
