Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• explain the structure, phases, and stakeholder structures of construction project management.
• analyze tasks, responsibilities, and interfaces between project participants across the entire project life cycle.
• apply basic methods of schedule, cost, and quality management in construction.
• evaluate risks, decision alternatives, and control measures with regard to project objectives and success.
• communicate and document project processes, decision-making foundations, and report content in a way appropriate to the audience.

- Project participants, roles, and responsibilities
- Project structuring, workflow and schedule planning
- Cost planning and tracking, construction controlling
- Quality management and documentation in the construction process
- Risk and opportunity management
- Communication and decision-making processes within the project
- Introduction to digital tools
