The participants:
• analyze complex real estate development projects in terms of location quality, market potential, usage concept, and viability.
• develop an integrated development and usage concept, taking urban planning, legal, technical, and economic aspects as well as inclusion-oriented considerations into account.
• evaluate financing, sustainability, and ESG criteria for project decisions.
• calculate and interpret viability and risk metrics for development decisions.
• produce a complete project brochure or feasibility study and present it to investors and stakeholders in a way appropriate to the audience.

- Location, building-law, and approval strategies
- Investor communication, project marketing, and stakeholder management
- Digital tools and BIM/CAD interfaces in development planning
- Preparation of a feasibility study, including development and financing strategy as well as diversity and inclusion factors
- Presentation and defense of the project concept
- Viability, risk, and sensitivity analyses
