• analyze location, market, and usage factors as a basis for development decisions.
• develop initial usage concepts, incorporating technical, economic, and legal framework conditions.

• visualize and present development concepts using digital planning and CAD tools.
• analyze diversity-relevant requirements in real estate development projects and derive inclusion-oriented design and usage concepts from them.
