Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• explain the structure, processes, and objective systems of real estate property management in the residential and commercial sectors.
• analyze operating, maintenance, and administration concepts for existing properties in terms of efficiency, sustainability, and user satisfaction.
• assess the legal, economic, and organizational particularities of non-profit housing.
• develop proposals for optimizing property management processes, service provider control, and quality assurance.
• prepare simple property management plans and justify their decisions, taking social, legal, and business criteria into account.

- Fundamentals of real estate property management
- Owner and user structures, stakeholder management
- Operating and maintenance strategies
- Rental administration, service charge accounting, tenant communication
- Special features of non-profit housing in Austria and Germany
- Digitalization and reporting in real estate property management
- Interfaces with facility services, energy, and sustainability management
