The participants:
• can independently analyze, structure and work on a practice-relevant question.
• apply methods of traditional and agile project management in a targeted way.
• transfer the knowledge they have acquired so far to real business situations.
• can research relevant information, critically evaluate it and integrate it into finding solutions.
• are able to collaborate effectively in a team, coordinate tasks and resolve conflicts constructively.
• present and document project results in an audience-appropriate way (in writing and orally).
• can accept and give feedback and reflect on their own working process.
