The participants:
• can independently analyze empirical data using suitable statistical methods and interpret the results.
• can explain the differences between descriptive and inferential statistics.
• can identify key statistical procedures and implement them independently.
• can analyze and answer questions from business practice using statistical methods.
• can competently use the Microsoft Excel software package for a variety of data analyses and, if needed, fall back on alternative software such as SPSS or R.
• can create and interpret concentration measures for analyzing, for example, income inequality.
