• Fundamentals of intercultural management
• Developing the concept of culture
• Culture as a dynamic, context-dependent concept
• Overview of key cultural theories and intercultural models (Hofstede, Trompenaars, GLOBE study, etc.)
• Importance of cultural differences in globalized markets
• Cultural dimensions in organizations (decision-making, leadership styles, negotiation culture, and conflict management)
