The participants:
• know the key characteristics of entrepreneurial thinking and action, including startup-specific challenges.
• can trace the path from the idea through founding and business model development to the growth phase in a structured way.
• know which methods and tools (e.g., Business Model Canvas, Lean Start-up, effectuation) can be usefully applied and when.
• are able to critically assess financing logics, growth paths, and entrepreneurial decisions under uncertainty.
• have become acquainted with the realities of founders through practical cases and reflect on responsibility, resilience, and sustainability as success factors.

• Entrepreneurship fundamentals – mindset, role, and distinction from management
• Founding and growth phases – from the idea to scaling
• Business models & value creation – Canvas approaches, unit economics
• Methods & tools – classic and modern approaches (e.g., Lean Start-up, effectuation, MVP)
• Financing & perspectives – sources of capital, bootstrapping, crowdfunding, as well as social & sustainable entrepreneurship with practical cases
• Founding and growth phases – from the idea to scaling
• Business models & value creation – Canvas approaches, unit economics
• Methods & tools – classic and modern approaches (e.g., Lean Start-up, effectuation, MVP)
• Financing & perspectives – sources of capital, bootstrapping, crowdfunding, as well as social & sustainable entrepreneurship with practical cases
