Part Cost Accounting:

• know the areas of responsibility and solution approaches of cost and revenue accounting, including its subsystems (cost type, cost center, and cost unit accounting).
• know essential business performance indicators and the corresponding calculation variables.
• can understand, differentiate, and reconcile the terms cash inflows – cash outflows, income – expenses, revenue – expenditure, and output – costs (reconciliation bridge).
• know the differentiation and calculation of the most important cost types.

Planned teaching and learning method
The course is conducted in a blended-learning-format. A combination between online phases (inductive method for the independent acquisition of knowledge and the practice of tasks) and presence phases (deductive method, in which assistance is given in the learning process and knowledge is imparted via frontal lectures) is used.
