Learning outcomes of the courses/module
Students acquire in-depth theoretical knowledge of the steps involved in developing a successful, harmonized communication concept and are able to strategically and systematically apply the associated communication instruments. They are capable of independently creating an integrated cross-media communication concept for corporate communication, considering multiple channels and organizational objectives. The course provides comprehensive insights into crisis communication, employer branding, and media relations. Students develop competencies in these areas, can critically evaluate and integrate key concepts and instruments, and apply them in complex, practice-oriented scenarios.

Course content
In this course the students get an overview of the different disciplines of corporate communication. In particular, the new challenges facing traditional organizational structures through digital channels are addressed. Building on this, the course covers strategic communication processes and their systematic analysis and structured representation within a communication concept.
