Learning outcomes of the courses/module
Students possess foundational theoretical knowledge of the steps involved in a successful, harmonized communication concept and are able to apply the corresponding communication instruments in a coordinated and strategic manner. They are capable of creating an integrated cross-media communication concept for corporate communication within the scope of practice-oriented tasks. Students acquire basic competencies in these areas, can classify key concepts and instruments, and apply them in practice-oriented contexts.

Course content
In this course the students get an overview of the different disciplines of corporate communication. In particular the new challenges of traditional organizational structures through digital channels. Based on this, the students learn that consistent communication requires an integrated and harmonized approach in all areas of the company. The strategic conception of corporate communication processes becomes the focus of attention.
