Learning outcomes of the courses/module
Students acquire in-depth knowledge of the concepts of mindfulness, resilience, self-care, and digital well-being. They develop the ability to independently carry out practice-oriented mindfulness exercises and to analyze their effects. Furthermore, they reflect on their own experiences in relation to stress, concentration, creativity, and overall well-being. In addition, they cultivate an awareness of the relationship between personal resilience, focused ways of working, and a healthy approach to digital media.

Course content
This course introduces the fundamentals of mindfulness, individual resilience, and self-care, highlighting their relevance for academic and professional contexts in marketing. Students engage in practical exercises, e.g. meditation, breathing techniques, and nature-based practices. In addition, strategies for digital wellbeing are discussed to promote a conscious and healthy lifestyle. Through reflective exercises, students explore the impact of these methods on wellbeing, concentration, creativity, and stress levels.
