Course content
The course series “Trends in Management” consists of four consecutive courses conducted over several semesters, addressing current topics and international developments in the fields of transformation, restructuring, and turnaround management. With the involvement of visiting professors as well as experts from academia and practice, various business-related issues, international standards, best practices, and innovative solution approaches are discussed and critically reflected upon. The course contents are aligned with current economic, technological, financial, organizational, and strategic developments and may particularly include topics from the following areas:
