Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• analyze conflict structures and HRM-related fields of conflict in organizational contexts and assess their effects on teams and leadership situations.
• develop mediative intervention strategies and deploy suitable methods of conflict facilitation professionally.
• design collaborative leadership processes and steer decision-making and communication processes in heterogeneous teams.
• select appropriate conversation-management and de-escalation techniques and conduct mediation and clarification talks in a structured manner.
• assess ethical, legal and organizational framework conditions of mediation-oriented HRM practice and make well-founded decisions in demanding leadership situations.
