* Understand the key terms, components, and system types of digital business platforms (ERP, CRM, SRM, BI, SCM)
* Understand the relationships between core ERP systems and their peripheral systems within integrated process chains
* Understand the most important functionalities of CRM and SRM systems
* Can demonstrate the basic functionalities of another ERP system (e.g., MS Business Central) using practical scenarios
* Can describe integration architectures between ERP and peripheral systems (e.g., CRM, SRM) and evaluate their impact on process continuity
