Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The graduate, the student:
Presenting:
* Is familiar with the structure of a presentation
* Knows principles for the use of classical presentation media
* Knows how to use presentation media (flipchart, pinboard, ppt)
* Knows principles for effective visualization (moderation font and pictograms)
* Can produce presentation documents (flipchart, Power Point)
* Knows the basics of presentation rhetoric
* Knows techniques regarding stance, voice, language and knows his or her characteristics and strengths in a presenta-tion
Moderating:
* Can plan and prepare workshops in a target-oriented way
* Knows the phases of a moderation
* Knows what is important when moderating a workshop
* Knows the classic moderation techniques (card request, flashlight, icebreakers)
• Communicating:
• Familiar with key communication models (e.g., Schulz von Thun, Watzlawick, transactional analysis)
• Understands the fundamentals of solution-oriented and respectful communication
• Understands the causes and dynamics of conflicts in projects
• Can communicate effectively with management, specialist departments, and IT staff
• Can conduct goal-oriented feedback and conflict resolution discussions
• Can develop communication strategies for change and transformation processes in the ERP context
• Understands the characteristics of solution-oriented negotiations
• Understands the causes of conflicts in communication

Facilitation:
* Facilitation writing exercises, flip chart design, pinboard layout, pictogram design, standard visualizations
* Stance, voice, speech, presentation style, and handling disruptions

Presentation:
* Presentation techniques
* Structuring presentations
* Presenting to a specific audience

Communication:
*S olution-focused communication
* Causes of conflict
* Methods for dealing with conflict
* Negotiation techniques
* Classic negotiation models
* Structuring model for conducting negotiations
